In the event that your student needs to miss class, you can request a make-up class. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: You must notify the office (in person, or by email desk@dvta.com) at least 24hrs in advance of an absence (610-527-2387).
Step 2: Email our office Manager Mary Beth Ranieri at marybeth@dvta.com to schedule your make-up class
Step 3: Mary Beth will contact you with a specific list of make-up options for your student.
Step 4: Confirm the class that works best for you and we will add your student to our attendance list!
Please note: When given at least 24hs notice in advance of an absence, we guarantee (4) make-up classes per season (up to June 30) . No make-ups will be given for no-shows or late cancellations as we have players waiting to make-up and we have to schedule our staff appropriately based on attendance. Make-up can only happen if we receive advance notice of absences. All make-up classes must be scheduled through email. Make-up classes cannot be rescheduled. No Make-ups will be given to those who prepay for the entire indoor season.
